In order to achieve this assignment, I listened to the recording of a call between an assistant and a client, I collected all the information about the client, their data, their problem with a short description of it, I helped them in everything I could and finally I concluded the problem, whether it has been resolved, whether it has been worse than expected and had to be escalated to a superior or whether the problem has remained pending resolution.
